who passed away in July of 2015. Jacob was 12 years old and a 6th grader at

Jacob will forever be remembered for his love of soccer and nick name, "JK". He was a one of kind kid, who had his own style, and wasn't afraid to "tell it like it is", which made him so funny.

One of the most treasured memories that Jacob has left us with is the laughter he brought to everyone around him. He is greatly loved and missed by all of his family and friends, and will remain in the hearts of all of those who were lucky enough to know him.

This year we will hold our VIRTUAL 5th Annual "JK" 5k and Birthday Fun Run Friday-Sunday, August 21-23, 2020, We will hold a run/walk each year during the month of August to honor Jacob, as we remember his smile and celebrate his life on his birthday.
